  Policies

prior to your Appointment with your brow stylist (permanent makeup only)

​

  • No coffee, alcohol or other stimulants(energizing drinks etc) on the day of treatment.

  • Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E or ibuprofen 24 hours prior to treatment.

  • Do not take omega 3(fish oil) 1 week prior to treatment.

  • No tanning or intense sun exposure 3 days prior to treatment.

  • No waxing 2-3 days prior to treatment.

  • No chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatment 6 weeks prior to treatment.

  • Shower and fix your hair as you need to. Take extra care not to get your brows wet for several days after treatment. If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult with your doctor BEFORE scheduling. Given the approval please bring doctors note to your appointment.

  • do not take aspirin or ibuprofen 24-48 hours prior to appointment.

  • no alcohol, caffeine or blood thinners 24 hours prior to appointment.

  • no Fish oil or Vitamin E one week prior to appointment (they are natural blood thinners).

    NOTE: Allergy testing is recommended before the scheduled appointment if there is any doubt you may be allergic to the pigment. CONTACT ME if this is your case.

post appointment/treatment (brazilian stretch mark camouflage)

  • do not wear tight clothing for the next 2-3 days.

  • no scratching or peeling to prevent infection or discolouration.

  • avoid excessive sweating for 7 days. Moderate exercise is fine after 2 days of treatment.

  • do not expose the area to the full water pressure of the shower for 7 days.

  • no tanning or swimming (beach, pool, jacuzzi, bath, etc.) for 40 days. Stick to a quick rinse in the shower.

  • no sunscreen, self-tanning or any cream that contains Vitamin D for 40 days.

  • no perfume or deodorant near or in the treated area

 

NO Guarantees

 

Being that everyone’s skin is different, I can not guarantee results due to any person(s) skin not healing or retaining the pigment as desired. You can do all of the aftercare steps correctly and although it’s rare, sometimes the skin will not accept the treatment. I am only as great as the skin allows me to be when it comes to my work and the results.

RETAINER FEES

 

Retainers will be due IMMEDIATELY upon booking to secure all appointments. Retainer will be charged to the desired credit card provided upon booking your appointment. Retainers are to ensure you’re committed to booking the appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of initial session. The remaining balance is due upon arrival to your scheduled appointment.

 

 

Anti-Fraud

 

THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK MUST MATCH THE CLIENT’S NAME. IF SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST. THE CARD HOLDER WILL NEED TO SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM.

 

 

Existing Brow Tattoos

 

(MUST) Submit photos and be approved before booking even if you think your brows have completely faded. If you show to your appointment with darkened or saturated brows, you will not be serviced and deposit will be forfeited. If you have previous work done you’ll need to wait until it’s completely healed before this service can be done. Please be mindful that I’m making the attempt to correct someone else’s work. I will do my best to achieve desired look but there is NO guarantee being that I’m not starting from a clean brow. I’m working around someone else’s work to achieve best results.

Touch Up

 

Your touch up should be booked 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks post initial session. This is where we access your brows and determine if anything extra needs to be done to achieve desired look, whether that be a darker or bolder brow. This session is crucial for best results! Additional touch up appointments may be required for oily, problematic skin, hyperpigmentation and those who don’t follow after care instructions properly. Touch up pricing will increase if you go beyond the 6-8 week time frame. Touch up prices are not included in initial session but are REQUIRED as permanent makeup is a 2 session process. Payment for touch up is due upon arrival to appointment.

In Addition, if you've received work done by someone else you WILL be charged an additional NON-REFUNDABLE $100 fee! It is my discretion who I am willing to take on as a client if needing this service. Due to the fact I am going behind someone else's work trying to correct an error. Best results are the goal but it can not be guaranteed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

 

Canceling within 24 hours of service will be a 50% charge for service, NON-refundable. Same day or within 24 hours of appointment cancellations or no call no show will be charged the remaining balance of FULL SERVICE.

If need be, you MUST reschedule within 72 hours of appointment or retainer with be forfeited. Clients are allowed ONE rescheduling($20 fee). Any reschedulings after that will require a new retainer as well as an additional rescheduling $20 fee (rescheduling fee does not apply to service, retainer does) and it will be necessary to go through the online booking process again. Arriving late for scheduled appointment or rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice, appointment will be forfeited. Retainers are non-refundable. In the event we cancel your service retainer may or may not be refunded depending on the nature of the cancellation. (my mistake = free reschedule/retainer transfer, your mistake = non-refundable retainer)

No call/no shows will be banned from future services. If you choose to cancel your appointment, retainer will automatically be forfeited. Appointments may ONLY be rescheduled once. Canceling a touch up appointment within 72 hours of appointment will result in retainer forfeiture.

Late/Tardy

​

It is advised that clients arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and settle in. There’s a strict NO tolerance policy for late arrivals. I can not and will not rush perfection. I am a professional, I take pride in my work and I believe in being prompt. I will be putting forth my best to achieve the desired look, I need for my clients to do their best to arrive on time! No exceptions due to traffic, parking or any other personal reasons. Late arrivals will be canceled immediately and deposits will be forfeited. If rescheduling, an additional deposit will be required.

Before & After Hour Appointments

 

Hours of business are Mon-Thurs 10am-5pm, Friday 11am-5pm, Sat 11am-4pm, Sundays are closed! If you would like to book an appointment outside of these hours it WILL be an extra NON-REFUNDABLE $50 fee.

Guest

 

Due to the nature of the detailed services, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied. Friends, boyfriends, family, children and/or pets are not allowed being that I am working with open skin prone to infection. If you have a physical disability, please arrange to have a guest or family member that can help you during your time here.

Healing Process

 

Permanent makeup is a 2 session process. NO desired results will come after only 1 session! After the first session, expect scabbing, flaking, and loss of some existing pigment. Clients typically heal 40-50% lighter in color after initial session. Also there are some clients that heal 90% lighter which is completely normal and why there’s a touch up session 6-8 weeks after your first session.
